Abstract
This study presents reflections on the concepts of citizen ship and democracyin the context of the National Health Conferences-CN Stakingas a reference source their final reportsandCNS8thtime seriesthe 14thCNS. The variables listed were citizen ship and democracy,trying to peer into explicit and/ orimplicit reference sto these terms. Through document analysis sought to identifyat what times, which socialactors orthe health fieldthese terms were mentioned most recurrentform. Realizes thehistorical contributionof theCNS, with theSUShis greatest legacy, as well as extremely relevantin discussionsordnancein their contextsimputedto the termscitizenship, democracy and social control/social participation the most prolificspacefor these discussions.
